I just wanted to send a note to rave about INSTEAD®, which I see many people have done already! I've used them for a few years now, usually on light days, but I gave then my toughest test yet--I competed in my first triathlon, and the ease of going from swimming to biking to running without worrying about having to change a tampon and pantiliner after the swim! And no leaks! I can't imagine how much time I'd have lost if I'd had to worry about stopping in the middle of my race to change a wet tampon Needless to say, I'm further hooked, and will proceed to talk you up to my friends who need to know the freedom their missing. My husband introduced me to "INSTEAD®," yeah; I guess that's the most unlikely place to hear about such a wonderful product. I have previously used a diaphragm for a contraceptive, so the idea or use was not totally unfamiliar to me. But to see a similar product used for my period! WOW, they are great. Since I started using INSTEAD®, I don't think I'll ever go back to using any other form of menstrual protection and my husband loves the idea that we can have 'clean' sex during the time of the month. I would like to give you my deepest thanks! I'm in the Army, and this is by far the best thing I've run into while being deployed overseas. I was in a PX/ BX looking for panty liners and they had run out. I was devastated because we all know you can't use tampons without the protection of a liner for leakage. Well, I saw the box of INSTEAD® softcups and I bought it. That was the best shopping decision I've made in a long time. Where I am located, the conditions are in no way comfortable for having your period. Especially when you time is limited. I had the cleanest period I've ever had with absolutely no leaks! I share this product with many of my fellow female soldiers and we all genuinely thank you for this product. First off I wanted to say thank you so much I have the world's worse periods cramps, the heavy flow and before I had to deal with the utter grossness of pads and tampons Pads made me feel like I was wearing a diaper that was about to leak everywhere and tampons hurt to have in I felt as pretty or fresh as a trash dump It was gross, it smelled, and it was a pain. I hated it most because I'm a personal Assist and Make up artist so I am always on the go and constantly having to change a pad or tampon was a hassle and they took up so much room in my purse. One day my boyfriend and I were down at our local drugstore and he went to pick up my tampons and pads when I went to find him ten minutes later he was holding a box of Inteads in his hand. He said look hun well I did and I was like okay I'll try it maybe it will work needless to say OMG it worked it was easy and clean, no smell .no leaks I can have clean sex with my boyfriend which makes him happy and me as well. Hi I have been using INSTEAD® for about 4 years now and I love it. I am a nudist and no one at the resort knows when it's my time of the month. No string hanging out like I see on other women or wearing the bathing suit bottoms for the pad. My boyfriend never even knows. I think you should promote you product in the nudist's resorts. I think a lot of woman would give them a try!

I have polycystic ovarian syndrome, which causes me to have extremely irregular periods. I am 23 and my cycles have always been dreaded and sometimes lasting for six months or so.
