Happy Memorial Day Holiday!

Let's take a moment to remember the true meaning of Memorial Day. Formerly called Decoration Day, Memorial Day is a federal holiday that originated after the Civil War in memory of fallen Union soldiers, but it now extends to all those killed in the line of duty to the U.S. Armed Forces. On Memorial Day the graves of soldiers are traditionally decorated with American flags, and friends and family of the fallen take time to reconnect with the memory of their loved ones. Over the years Memorial Day has come to represent a more general sense of togetherness with our families, friends and communities.
Do You Know a Female in the Military? Do you have a sister, relative, or friend in the Armed Services who would like a Softcup sample? Send us her name and mailing address (and tell us your name) and we'll mail her a sample of Softcup to try! We've heard that Softcup can be a blessing to women in the active duty military since they may not have frequent access to bathrooms.

This month Softcup team members sponsored The Monarch School's Monday night dinner program by providing and serving food to the school's homeless students and their families. The kids seemed to love the lasagna, but it was a challenge getting them to eat their spinach!
Team members Kaitlin and Mary represented Softcup at the clinical meeting of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) in San Diego, CA this month. They met with and educated doctors about Softcup and collaborated with them to offer sampling programs for their patients.
