Exciting news!! A study conducted at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York and published in the September 15, 2006 issue of The Journal of Infectious Diseases concluded that Amphora™ (clinically known as Acidform) prevents the transmission of the Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV) in mice and is an optimal delivery vehicle for other microbicides due to its acid-buffering and bio-adhesive properties.
